I bet they thought they had a pretty subtle plan for dessert world domination by having a customer quietly put photos of their desserts onto Flickr, but I'm on to them!
If they keep this stuff up, we will all be brainwashed by their chocolate mousse desserts and we'll find ourselves unconsciously buying plane tickets to California, and then they'll have us all under their control!
Alrighty, so the restaurant Chili's has the amazing Chocolate Molten Cake. Remember--that's the cake that is chocolate cake with a lava flow of hot fudge in the center, and then a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and the hard shell chocolate sauce on the ice cream and over the cake.
Needless to say---It is sooooooo good!
But how can you make it at home?
Well, check out this guy in the video below--he went undercover and figured it out! This guy is totally like James Bond's chocoholic brother (not a bad thought. Hmmm...)
Shhh, don't tell anyone! Here's how to do it (cue the 007 music):
So, I’m not sure if this is supposed to be 3 puddings or if that “s” on the end of pudding in the photo title is just for flourish .
This appears to be a cakey chocolate pudding on the left, some ice
cream on the right, and then a cute assortment of blueberries, all of
which are drizzled with chocolate sauce. Nothin’ wrong with that!
I think this looks so good that I’m willing to pretend that there are multiple puddings in this photo .
