What is not to love here!?

And did I tell you that the chocolate part is fudgy? Look how gooey?

As for Mochi--what is it?

Wikipedia says that Mochi is a "rice cake made of glutinous rice pounded into paste and molded into shape."

The photo looks much more appetizing than the description sounds, eh?

There is no denying that this photo is drool worthy--how about if we think of mochi as fudge?

We saw another peanut butter cupcake recipe the other day, but this one looks very different, and definitely the presentation is more "gooey" ;-) than the other more "polished" cupcakes from the other day.

In this photo, it is the frosting that is getting me--I LOVE that it's pilled up on top in a heap cuz you know that if the cupcake part is very peanut buttery, you will need a whole bunch of frosting to balance it out.

That is just a hard cold fact--more frosting = more yumminess!

Childhood Sweeties: Nutter Butter Balls

I must say that Nutter Butters are one of my faves in the cookie isle. I can't remember the last time I had them, but they do bring back fond memories of childhood.

These peanut butter balls actually involve none other than the delightful cookie Nutter Butters--the recipe comes from Bakerella, and I noticed that the inventive baker who made these "balls" actually morphed them into a heart shape--AWWWW!

Really an adorable treat here, perfect for giving as a gift or scarfing down yourself :-)

I just love the way the cook/photographer has presented them in a wax paper cone--so sweet!

Well, I never thought it would be possible to improve on an Oreo cookie, but this brownie proves me wrong!

Look at the chunks of Oreo in that brownie--it's like finding a little treasure in every bite!

If I were to make these, I would definitely use Double Stuff Oreos, and you know that the fillings come in all sorts of flavors, like Mint, Peanut Butter, Chocolate and even Caramel.

I would definitely try this with the Mint and Peanut Butter Oreos! That would be amazing!

I want to make these this weekend!

From looking at the recipe these Chocolate Crunch Brownies have the makings of a go-to classic.

Let's break it down:

• Brownie on the bottom

• Marshmallow fluff on top of that (and you know how I love marshmallow fluff!!!!)

• Then, a chocolate and peanut butter mixture that includes rice krispies!

It's like 3 desserts in one, and the recipe did not look to be that hard--I would use a boxed recipe for the brownie and then do the special toppings just as the recipe described.
