I have never seen a recipe ingredient of "Chocolate Covered Honeycomb", but leave it to Nigella--this ice cream cake has it in there!
Honey roasted peanuts, vanilla ice cream, chocolate "biscuits" (cookies), chocolate covered honeycombs, chocolate and peanut butter swirled morsels, butterscotch sauce--spectacular!
Another name for this type of 'Honeycomb' (or 'Honeycomb toffee') is Sponge toffee.

Seems to be more popular here in Australia or Britain than in America.

Hey Lydia,
Thanks for the info--that makes more sense--I was imagining an actual honeycomb from a beehive! :-) LOL
Honeycomb toffee makes more sense :-)
