Let me see a show of hands--who has never heard of Coca-Cola cake?
I am from the South, and so I'm very familiar with this cake. I've eaten it before, but I've never made it myself.
Actually last weekend I had a slice of Coca-Cola Fudge cake at Cracker Barrel, and it was divine!
It made me want to search out a recipe and try to make it myself!
You can't really taste the Coke--the taste is very subtle, but extremely fudgy!
Can you imagine how good this would taste on one of those "bad mood days"?
This cake would be perfect!
