The Perfect Birthday Party Fare: Chocolate Mint Cupcakes

So, guess what? These are Vegan!

But why am I not surprised--whenever I see an especially delectable chocolate dessert (especially if it's a cupcake) I just assume it's Vegan.

This recipe originated from the book Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World, which I am totally putting on my birthday list!

I hope I can wait that long--I might have to buy it before then, because I'm considering just doing a sampling of cupcakes from VCTOTW to serve as my official "birthday cake"-- wouldn't that be fun?

These cupcakes would do any birthday girl proud!

I almost bought that book last night--these look entirely too good to resist!

Seriously? You just assume good desserts are vegan? Because the vegan desserts I have had are the nastiest desserts I've ever had. There's a reason desserts have milk and eggs.
