She Promises This Is Easy...Nigella's Chocolate and Pear Pudding

I am considering just making Friday "Nigella Day" here on Chocolate Chipped.

She has soooo many chocolate recipes, and they are all ooey, gooey and indulgent (just the way we like 'em) and most of the time really easy.

Enter the Chocolate and Pear Pudding--I never would have thought of this combo on my own, but she's convinced me that it would be an elegant treat!

Oh, and this "pudding (which really looks like cake to me), would be amazing with a scoop of ice cream. Maybe pear ice cream (Haagen Das has that) or just plain vanilla.

In England, any dessert is often called "pudding"....so if it's sweet, it can be a pudding.
