We saw another peanut butter cupcake recipe the other day, but this one looks very different, and definitely the presentation is more "gooey" ;-) than the other more "polished" cupcakes from the other day.
In this photo, it is the frosting that is getting me--I LOVE that it's pilled up on top in a heap cuz you know that if the cupcake part is very peanut buttery, you will need a whole bunch of frosting to balance it out.
That is just a hard cold fact--more frosting = more yumminess!

Yes, a cupcake has amazing powers of persuasion. I was already sold on the frosting, but this cupcake has made me even more convinced!
