Icebox Birthday Cake 049 by Dulcedo Blog
This here is an example of how to turn one of those gorgeous Icebox Wafter cakes into a stunning birthday celebration cake.
The reason why it's called an icebox cake is that there is no baking in this--you assemble all the whipped cream and wafers, and then let the cake sit overnight in the fridge (aka icebox).
It could not be easier. I have a b-day coming up in a few months, and I'm am considering making this my cake of choice--I haven't decided yet though. This is an important decision so I think I have to mull it over a bit more. :-)

Maybe I can have something like that for MY 25th birthday, in a few years :0)
You have a birthday coming up?? How fun!! Happy birthday, haha :0)
