So, I'm sure that the restaurant where this dessert was served, which is the same exact restaurant that brought us the fantasy Chocolate Mousse Napolean dessert last week, is DETERMINED to coax us all into moving to Sonoma, California.
I bet they thought they had a pretty subtle plan for dessert world domination by having a customer quietly put photos of their desserts onto Flickr, but I'm on to them!
If they keep this stuff up, we will all be brainwashed by their chocolate mousse desserts and we'll find ourselves unconsciously buying plane tickets to California, and then they'll have us all under their control!
Our only hope is to learn to make this at home.
It can't be that hard-- just look at it.
Breakin' it down for ya:
Layer 1: Raspberry coulis
Layer 2: I'm saying that that's crushed chocolate cookies (note the cookie used on top for garnish)
Layer 3: Chocolate Mousse
Layer 4: Fresh Blackberries
Layer 5: Whipped Cream
Layer 6: Raspberry coulis
Layer 7: White Chocolate Mousse
Whew--this restaurant soooooo needs to get franchised and spread throughout the world!
If it weren't for earthquakes and fires and the high cost of living I think I'd take off for Sonoma now.

Me too! They'll have to do more intense chocolate mousse brain washing to get me to move :-), but I enjoy daydreaming about it!
