Reader Survey! What Herbs Taste Best With Chocolate? Chocolate and Rosemary Ice Cream

Would you believe me if I told you that I have been craving Chocolate Rosemary Ice Cream?

Well, I haven't been craving that specifically, but I do love rosemary (my favorite herb), and you know I love chocolate--what is wrong with mixing the two via ice cream?

This cook/photographer must have been reading my mind when he made this!

Now he has me fantasizing about what this tastes like--I totally MUST get an ice cream maker, STAT!

Question for ya: What other herbs do you think would taste good with chocolate?

Chocolate + Basil--I have to try that! I have like a million pounds of basil growing on my porch.

Chocolate Basil Ice Cream...hmmmm.

Oooooo--Chocolate Pesto! A sure winner :-)

What about cinnamon and chocolate?
It reminds me of the mexican hot chocolate my grandmother use to make.
