These are perfection on sooooo many levels. Imagine, all the joy of a chocolate chip cookie (and don't you know that it's best in dough form?) + cheesecake!

Somehow the thought of making cheesecake bars is less intimidating than making a whole cheesecake--I have no idea why this is.

But I can totally imagine myself making these--is there anyone on earth who doesn't go ga-ga over cookie- dough-anything?

Good point--I see at least 4 layers:

Cookie Dough
Chocolate Drizzle

All we need is a 5th layer of whipped cream or something :-)
