This cake is extremely versatile--can you see it as a holiday cake like around Christmas time? Yes, definitely.
But what do we have here--it is frozen and filled with ice cream, perfect for the summer months when it's so hot outside you just want to serve something cold for dessert.
Look at the cake texture--looks very dense, like brownie-ish. I also see a subtle layer of chocolate icing hiding underneath the whipped cream "frosting".
Imagine, you could make this a day or so ahead, freeze it, and then just whip it out like it was no big deal, but it looks like a big deal!
