If James Bond Was A Chocoholic: Chili's Molten Chocolate Cake

I feel so sneaky doing this!

Alrighty, so the restaurant Chili's has the amazing Chocolate Molten Cake. Remember--that's the cake that is chocolate cake with a lava flow of hot fudge in the center, and then a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and the hard shell chocolate sauce on the ice cream and over the cake.

Needless to say---It is sooooooo good!

But how can you make it at home? 

Well, check out this guy in the video below--he went undercover and figured it out! This guy is totally like James Bond's chocoholic brother (not a bad thought. Hmmm...)

I thought it was just a chocolate lava cake with ice cream and hard shell on top. That would be easier than actually scooping out the cake middle and making chocolate sauce to fill it with.

Haha--Touche! You might be right about that :-)

I have never made chocolate lava cake, so I really like his upside down-cupcake-turned-lava cake little trick and using the store bought chocolate sauce.

I don't know that I could wait the 2 hours to let the cake freeze--That cake would be history the minute the chocolate sauce got ladled into the cake!

All the same, I just like watching him make the cake--true choco-porn (and I mean that in a clean, pure, yet chocolatey way).
