Could this be “the one”?

You know I’ve been looking for the perfect cake to bake for Christmas day, and this one is really striking my fancy. There will be little kids in the house, and I can totally see them ooooo-ing and ahhhhh-ing over this (and I bet more than a few adults would be diving in for a taste too! )

I don’t know–I’m running out of time. Christmas is only one week away. Eeeek!
